TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

NEBC DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN
All charges for tuition and fees are due and payable by the first day of classes. The College will, however, loan a student in good standing the amount of a semester's charges on a four-payment plan, with 25% payable on or before the first day of classes and every 30 days thereafter until paid in full. A promissory note must be signed to activate the tuition payment option. A $25 fee is assessed for using this payment option.

The following terms apply to all degree and certificate students:

  • If the account is paid in full by cash, check, or money order prior to or on the first day of classes, a 5% discount is applied.
  • An outstanding balance will be assessed a late fee of $10 per week, until the account is paid in full.
  • All financial obligations to the College must be paid in full before any grade report, transcript, degree, or readmission to the College will be given.

FEDERAL LOAN PROGRAMS
NEBC is not eligible for federal loan programs including Pell Grants.
