The Associates in Biblical Studies is ideal for those who want to deepen their personal relationship with the Lord and engage with Scripture more profoundly. This program aims to equip you with the skills to delve into Scripture and connect with it intellectually, spiritually, and personally. Your Christian experience and readiness for service will be deepened and enhanced.

We offer low-cost tuition as well as generous financial aid and merit scholarships to make sure that no student is excluded from attending due to financial constraints.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH THIS DEGREE?

With an Associate’s degree in Biblical Studies you’ll learn to press deeply into Scripture and apply God’s Word to real-life scenarios and ministry work. It will serve as a foundation for sharing your love of Christ with others in a more effective manner and prepare you for many entry-level positions or further education if you so desire.

Ministry

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

Every application is reviewed by the admission committee on a case-by-case basis, meaning there are no set minimums for acceptance. However, all applicants must submit the following for admission:

  • Admissions application

  • Non-refundable application fee of $25.00

  • Minimum of two references, one of which must be from the applicant’s pastor, the other(s) from an employer, teacher, or mentor mailed directly to NEBC/GES. All references must be from non-family members.

  • Applicants may be asked to submit high school or college transcripts and/or test scores.

  • Applicants may be invited to interview prior to admission.

NEBCS has rolling admissions.

 

The recommended application submission date for all degree programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels is August 1 for the Fall Semester, and December 15 for the Spring Semester.

TUITION, FINANCIAL AID & SCHOLARSHIPS

We offer low-cost tuition at $6,000 for associate's degree programs.

 

We also offer generous financial aid and merit scholarships to ensure all students can attend, regardless of personal finances. If you sincerely desire to attend but are worried about the cost, please talk to one of our advisors.
