Our Mission

full Equip logo.png

Equip New England partners with local churches and ministry leaders to provide accessible biblical training, practical ministry equipping, and leadership development that prepares believers, strengthens churches, and contributes to the multiplication of Christ’s Kingdom.

Our Vision

We see a growing network of New England churches and ministries working together to equip believers to confidently handle Scripture, share their faith, disciple others, and lead fruitfully wherever God calls them.

We see God is raising up a new generation of Christ-centered leaders, including both ordained pastors and lay leaders, who are equipped and empowered to participate in the work of multiplicational disciple-making.

We see historic congregations revitalized and strengthened, new congregations planted, and communities transformed through a shared commitment to biblical formation and disciple-making multiplication.

We see Equip New England as a trusted partner and catalyst, coming alongside churches, ministries, and networks to expand affordable, accessible equipping and help more leaders step into their calling.

Partnering with Churches. Equipping Believers. Multiplying the Kingdom.
