Application Dates

Application to study at NEBC/Grace Evangelical may be made no earlier than one year before the intended start date. NEBCS has rolling admissions. The recommended application submission date for all degree programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels is August 1 for the Fall Semester, and December 15 for the Spring Semester. 

Acceptance Notification

Applicants will be notified in writing of the decision on their application after the Admissions Committee has reviewed the material.  Acceptance of any applicant currently enrolled in an academic institution is contingent upon successful completion of the applicant’s current semester in that institution.

Application Process Checklist

  • Send your completed application form and essays with the non-refundable application fee of $25.00, payable to “Grace Evangelical, Inc., 502 Odlin Rd., Bangor, ME 04401 c/o Registrar.  You can also pay online by clicking the Application Fee Button above.

  • Degree and Certificate students: a minimum of two references, one of which must be from the applicant’s pastor, the other(s) from an employer, teacher, or mentor. All references must be from non-family members.

  • Non-degree seeking students need provide only the contact information of references.

  • Have written references mailed directly to NEBC/GES.

  • Applicants may be asked to submit high school or college transcripts and/or test scores.

  • Applicants may be invited to interview prior to admission.
