NEBCS has designed an Equipping Cohort for Women to give you the robust biblical foundation and practical leadership frameworks required for a lifetime of healthy, confidant ministry.

In-Person Retreats: Beginning & End
Our cohort year opens and closes with a three-day, in-person retreat in Maine, creating intentional space to begin and end this journey together. Nestled between forest and ocean, Maine offers a peaceful backdrop for rest, reflection, and connection.
During these retreats, you will get to know your fellow cohort members and directors, engage in rich conversation, and be reminded that you are not alone. You are stepping into a community of women who are committed to growing in God's Word and serving His Church together.

Discipleship Minded Women
Those who formally or informally facilitate Bible Studies, small groups, or one-on-one mentorship.

Women who may not see themselves as "leaders," but who have a heart for God's Word & a desire to be better equipped to encourage, counsel, & love the women around them.
Ministry Practitioners
Women’s Ministry leaders, coordinators, and pastor’s/elders’ wives seeking formal theological equipping and community.

Tuition
This certificate in offered as an integrated learning and formation experience, structured as a comprehensive program rather than a per-course model.
We are offering a special introductory tuition for 2026-2027 of $2450. This includes all four courses and both in-person retreats.
Students may choose to pay in full at the time of enrollment or in quarterly installments over the course of the year.
